Amazon’s $4 Billion Investment in Anthropic

This latest investment brings Amazon’s total stake to $8 billion, reinforcing its partnership with Anthropic. ServiceTitan’s S-1 Filing
ServiceTitan, a software platform for trade businesses, filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 18, 2024. The Glendale, California-based company plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “TTAN.” The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Vercel Acquires Grep
On November 20, Vercel announced the acquisition of Grep, a code search platform designed to help developers search across over 500,000 public Git repositories. Grep’s founder, Dan Fox, will join Vercel’s AI team to further enhance the platform.
