Brex announced new global capabilities to support US multinational businesses operating in Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, the Philippines, 36 European countries, and more. These companies can now issue cards and locally fund reimbursements in over 20 currencies in 45 countries.
According to Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, the company has spent $200M defending its case brought by the SEC. He went on to express his dissatisfaction with US crypto policy and SEC chair Gensler.

Juul will pay $462M to six states and the District of Columbia over the next eight years on the claim that the company unlawfully marketed its products to minors. The states include Colorado, New York, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New Mexico.
National Resilience received a $410M loan from the US Department of Defense and International Development Finance Corporation to establish resilient, domestic end-to-end biomanufacturing capacity. This funding will be used to create robust capacity and capabilities for vaccines.
