The designer rental site is previously backed by Blue Pool Capital, Bain Capital Venture Partners, Highland Capital Partners, TCV, and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers to name a few. The most recent round, Series F, follows $80 million raised that valued the company at $772 million. The terms surround the Series F include a Senior liquidation preference to all Preferred, and conventional convertible meaning they will not participate with common stock if there are remaining proceeds. The most recent price per share is $22.35369, an up round from Series E at $21.75600.
