The terms surrounding the Series G include pari passu liquidation preference with all other preferred, and conventional convertible meaning they will not participate with common stock if there are remaining proceeds. The most recent price of a share in Sprinklr stock is $11.00, raised from $9.0027 at Series F.

The funding round follows a profitable year for Sprinklr. This past year, the company celebrated its ten-year anniversary. Sprinklr has growth exponentially over the past decade, and only have plans to grow bigger, reaching more people, creating millions more happy consumers. Sprinklr has offices currently in 25 counties, with its main Headquarters in New York City, and two sub-headquarters in London and Indonesia.
